Once again March 10th has been declared "Tibet Day" by the City of Vancouver.The Tibetan community and supporters are planning 2 days of events as follows.Please join us and show your support.

March 9:

6:00 - candle-light vigil and prayer service outside the

Chinese consulate

at 3380 Granville St.

- 1 day hunger strike begins

March 10:

12:00 - assemble for rally at Robson Square (Robson St. side)

1:00 - speeches by representatives from Tibetan communities,

Amnesty Intl, etc.

2:00 - march to the Chinese Consulate

2:30 - "Long Life Prayer" for the Panchen Lama

3:00 - conclusion
