As you can see, we aren't even able to receive salary for October in Moscow and Kiev and as you should know nobody among us has any financial reserves to stay some time without salary. And even if you (I hope!) will transfer money for October salary in Moscow and Kiev what to do in the political point of view? If we'll receive only money for salary, we'll be able to work just with database files in both offices.

I understand very well, that there is very hard financial situation in the party, but you should also understand our situation...
