Subject: Drug Policy in Switzerland

Yes, I confirm: the drug policy is more favorable thanks to resolution adopted by Regional Assembly of the Zurich in the last december. But that resolution is regional, not federal, and, in Switzerland, only the Federal Assembly have power to change the drug law.
