New Delhi, September 8. New Delhi correspondent of Reuter reports: Tibetan democracy activists will submit a paper to U.N. Secretary during his 3 day visit to India. The Tibetan Youth Congress (TYC) said, "We would like to greet him and draw his attention to the Tibetan issue. All members will raise slogans and submit a memorandum to him in a peaceful way." India, which views Tibet as an autonomous part of China, considers the protests an embarrassment. Boutros-Ghali is due to visit China next week. (EuroTibet News N·2)
