Dharamsala, October 27. The notice has been issued to all the departments and offices of Tibet Autonomous region. The Chinese have issued an order of dateline that all Tibetan cadres must bring back their children by November 15. The report received from Nepal says that those Tibetan cadres unable to come to India have called either their friends or relatives in Nepal and India to collect the children from Tibetan schools in India and bring them to Nepal. From Nepal, they should take the children to Nepalese border, from where the Tibetan cadres will receive the children. So far nine children have left for Tibet. It is also said that lot of Tibetans have arrived in Nepal to bring back their children. Incase of failure to bring back the children, the consequences will be to expel them from the office job and residence card will be confiscated. If such a thing happens, the Tibetan cadres will be deprived of ration provision coupon. Which actually means the Tibetan cadres are non-existence. Those non-cadre Tibe
