IN MILAN, ITALY, THE WINDOWS OF THE BUILDING SEATS OF THE REGIONAL PARLIAMENT AND OF THE REGIONAL GOVERNMENT OF LOMBARDIA WILL FORM, LIGHTING, THE WORDS "SAVE TIBET", IN THE FRAME OF THE WORLD MOBILIZATION FOR TIBET AND FOR A DEMOCRATIC CHINA, ORGANIZED BY THE TIBETANS IN EXILE ASSOCIATIONS, THEIR SUPPORTERS AND TRANSNATIONAL RADICAL PARTY.Milan, March 3rd 1995
On the basis of the proposal by Giorgio Inzani and several other regional deputies, the Regional parliament of Lombardia, Italy, adopted yesterday late evening a resolution on the basis of which the windows of the regional government and parliament buildings will remain lighting all the night long, from sunset to sunrise, in order to form the words "SAVE TIBET".
The decision was taken unanimously by the Regional Parliament.
The windows of both buildings will be lighting all the night long starting fronm march 6th to march 10th, the day on which will begin the march from Dharamsala to New Delhi.
The seat of the Regional Government, in Milan, is the internationally well-known "Pirelli Sky-schraper".
