in the following file, you could find a very important text recently (March 10, 1995) writed by Prof. Samdhong Losang Tenzin Rimpoche, president of the Tibetan Parliament in exile.

In this text, Prof. Samdhong Rimpoche presents "a concise plan for a movement of non-violent, Satyagraha ('Truth-Insistence')".

Because of the importance of this text, particulary in relation with one of the goal indicated by the final motion of our last congress: the organization of a worldwide Satyagraha for Tibet in 1997, we will provide to insert as soon as possible in this conference the translations of the text in various other languages (french, italian, russian and spanish).
