MOSCOW, July 16 1995 - We are sending herewith for your kind information the final program of the Kalachakra Initiation which will be coffered by His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Mongolia from 1st to 12th August 1995. His Holiness arrives Ulan Bator,the capital of Mongolia, on 31st July via Moscow and leaves for New Delhi on 13th August 1995.

1st to 3rd August - Kalachakra Ground Ritual Preparation

4th to 6th August - Preliminary Teachings

7th August - Decorating the Mandala and ceremonial offering dance

8th August - Preparation Initiation

9th to 10th August - ACTUAL INITIATION OF KALACHAKRA

11th August - Viewing the Mandala

12th August - Dismentaling the Mandala
