Thank You, Ivan Petovich. Dear colleagues, by our silent consent the crimes against humanity and violation of the human rights continue on a large scale in our country and in the whole world.

As we know, the Tibetan people are one of those long-suffering from genocide nations. From the beginning of the chinese occupation Tibet undergoes processes which could hardly be called civilized, although China considers itself a democratic, civilized country. Just one example: Tibetan women are subject to obligatory sterilization and abortions. China pursues a policy of mass population transfer of from China to Tibet. These are only single examples of violation of the human rights of the Tibetan people.

Dear colleagues! For many years the Spiritual and political leader of Tibet, His Holiness The Dalai-Lama XIV continues his non-violent struggle for the liberation of his country. (Microphone is switched off).
