At a recent meeting between top military officials of the two countries, Russia and China signed an agreement to cooperate in defense technology , according to a JEN report from Moscow. Both sides insist that the specifics of the document signed Wednesday be kept secret. The two countries also agreed to exchange military students and discussed Asian-Pacific security concerns.
