Regarding to the flags we ask common people to fly out of their own windows, do not forget to take note of name and address of each and everybody of those who buy a flag. Even to those who buy more than one flag, in order to re-sell them, it is necessary to remind to them that they HAVE TO send back the names of those who will fly the flags on March 10th.
