The Tibetan Cultural Center (Bloomington, IN) will host the visit of His Holiness The Dalai Lama from July 25 to July 27, 1996. Steven Seagal will serve as the master of ceremonies along with Thubten Jigme Norbu (President of the Tibetan Cultural Center & Oldest brother of The Dalai Lama). The schedule for His Holiness' visit follows:

July 26 (6PM): Free Public Lecture at Indiana University Auditorium

July 27 (8:30AM): Aspirational Bodhicitta Teaching (the only teaching be given by His Holiness during his visit to the Midwest). Laying of a cornerstone for the new International Buddhist Temple of Love & Compassion.

This cornerstone will be consecrated by His Holiness The Dalai Lama. Tickets for this event must be purchased by July 20th. They are $40 & $100. Send a self-addressed stamped envelope with your check (made out to Temple Fund/TCC) or information on your credit card (type of card, card number, & expiration date) to: TCC, PO Box 2581, Bloomington, IN 47402-2581.
