D'Elia; enclosing the message of Mr.Gyaltsen Gyaltag to the Easter March
1994 for a universal moratorium on executions and the creation of a
permanent court for crimes against humanity.
Dear Ms.Bonino and Mr.D'Elia,
Mr.Gyaltag is honoured to have received your invitation to partecipate in
the Easter March. As the goals you will march for are very important,
Mr.Gyaltag would have very much liked to be with you in Rome.
Unfortunately, he has an urgent engagement here in Switzerland on 3rd april
and will, therefore, not be able to participate in the Easter March.
However, Mr.Gyaltag conveys you his message to this important event.
Mr.Gyaltag would also like to inform you that His Holiness the Dalai Lama
will visit Italy in the beginning of June. His Holiness will also visit
Rome. If the Partito radicale should like to meet with His Holiness at that
occasion, Mr.Gyaltag would like you to contact him as early as possible.

Message of Mr.Gyaltsen Gyaltag
Dear Friends,
although I am not able to march with you in my thoughts.
As member of a people with a long tradition of adhering to the Buddhist
philosophy of non-violence and the respect of all forms of life, I welcome
your initiative for the abolition of the death penalty and your efforts
for the establishment of legal regulation against crimes against humanity.
