LUDE 236 PEOPLE FROM 18 COUNTRIES, AMONG WHICH 17 PARLIAMENTARIANS.
Worldwide support continues to muster in favour of the Easter March which
will take place on April 3rd in Rome, from the Campidoglio to St.Peter's
Square.
As known, the March is for a Universal Moratorium on Executions and the
creation of a Permanent Court for Crimes against Humanity.
Representatives from 61 cities, along with their banners, will take part,
among them Sarajevo, Coventry, Budapest, Osijek, Zara, Vukovar, Guernica.
Olivier Dupuis, President of the General Council of the transnational
Radical Party, has reached day 12 of his fast of dialogue with the Fifth
Committe of the United Nations' General Assembly in order to ensure that,
by the end of its current session, the budget of the ad hoc Tribunal for
crimes in the former Yugoslavia is adopted. Another 236 people from 18
different countries are taking part in this nonviolent hunger strike, among
which 17 parliamentarians.
