William Henry Hance was convicted of killing Gail Faison in 1978.
The murder of Irene Thirkleid was used as additional evidence in his
1984 resentencing. Please indicate to the board that the families of
both of these victims do not wish that William Henry Hance be executed
for these actions. This concern is paramount.
