X-Comment: The Transnational Radical Party List
Under the guise of "stopping the war in Yugoslavia", Yohanan Ramati
dismisses reports of Serbian atrocities against Bosnian Moslems as
"tear-jerking propaganda." Will he say the same of any findings of
the U.N. War Crimes Tribunal, on behalf of which the Radical Party
has labored?
On the one hand, he suggests (without credible evidence) that all
reports of mass rape, massacres, etc. are the work of "oil interests"
and in the next breath he claims that all this is justified by what
happened in World War II!
The Bosnian Serbs have continued to overrun Moslem areas in Bosnia,
expelling or killing the unfortunate inhabitants, attacking U.N. relief
convoys and violating cease-fires previously agreed to. Evidently,
present efforts by the U.N. and Bosnia's European neighbors and the
world at large to stop the slaughter have not worked. Should be end
the sanctions against Serbia so they can finish the job? Or against
the Bosnian Moslems so they might at least have a chance to defend
themselves?
