X-Comment: The Transnational Radical Party List
THE RIGHT FOR AND OF AN INTERNATIONAL LANGUAGE
After the Sofia General Council, we worked for the involvement of both the
Italian Parliament as well as government and International institutions;
the Radical Party public demonstration in Paris during the 26th UNESCO
General Conference ended up with the full acceptance of the III UNESCO
Resolution on Esperanto introduced by the Italian government. Again the
UNESCO has approved (also by partially funding it) the Fundapax project of
the "Esperanto" Radikala Asocio - an experiment on teaching Esperanto in 40
schools in 16 countries.
Today, however, we need to focus general attention on the main issue: the
necessity to have a linguistic and communication tool which is not ethnic,
along with rules to defend the right for an International language..
