Unusual question. Could someone out there put the zimbabwe
Constitution on the Internet as a gopher file so I can
read it. I am totally blind so print wouldn't work, and I can't afford to get it brailled
professionally. Could cost two thousand dollars, acording to
Braile Internationational, inc. Please help, or forward this to someone that can.
If it's on the Internet, I can print it out for thirty dollars (for the paper). There must be someone out there
willing to help, please. Thank you
