I wanted to thank you and your colleagues very much for the opportunity to attend the conference convened by "No Peace Without Justice' in Montevideo last week concerning the International Criminal Court campaign. The meeting was a valuable experience, was well organised and constituted a very important contribution to rnobilise support for the ICC in Latin America. For all these reasons the contribution of your organisation, and that of the other -NGOs involved in support the process is appreciated.

Please convey my thanks to your colleagues, including to Mariana who did a splendid organic job. I also enclose a copy of my remarks to the conference which I have reconstructed from my speaking notes. if a publication is to be produced, I would be happy to have these, comments included.
