Statement by Mr. MELUSIE MARTIN MASUKU representative of the Kingdom of Swaziland

[...] My delegation shares the view that the ICC has been held in obeyance for too long, hence we support its early establishment. As such we remain convinced that much ground shall have been covered before the diplomatic conference schedule for Rome, Italy, during the months of June-July 1998. The issues that remain unresolved should not lead us to a state of inaction and paralysis which might send wrong signals to the international community.
