Subject: Chile signing ICC on Sept 11th in Rome

I received a letter from the Chilean Minister of Foreign Relations, Mr. Jose

Miguel Insulza in response to our letter of Sept 3, 1998 informing the

Coalition that Chile will sign the ICC Statute in Rome on September 11, 1998.

We will update the numbers and listing in the near future.
