On Wednesday, August 11, Kenya became the 84th State to have signed the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

The Rome Statute will enter into force with 60 ratifications. To date, four countries -- Senegal, Trinidad & Tobago, San Marino and Italy -- have

completed the ratification process and deposited the instrument of ratification with the Secretary-General.
