Mr., Speaker: I have called the Resolution and I am waiting for the Resolution to be moved.
RESOLUTION
Minister for Parliamentary Affairs (on behalf of) Minister of Justice and Attorney General: Mr. Speaker. I beg to move,
THAT WEHEREAS by the provision of article 75 (1) and (2)(b) of the Constitution any treaty, agreement, convention or statute executed by or under the authority of the President shall be subject to ratification by a Resolution supported by the votes of more than one-half of ail Members of Parliament:
WHEREAS in accordance with the said article 75(1) and (2)(b) of the Constitution the President has caused to be laid before Parliament through the Minister re-
Responsible for Justice and Attorney-General the Statute on the international Criminal Court (ICC):
NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED in accordance with the provisions of article 75 (1) and (2) (b) of the Constitution of the House ratifies the Statute on an International Criminal Court (ICC).

Mr. J.H. Mensah: Mr. Speaker, I hope that we have approved the Statute of one International Criminal Court, not International Criminal Courts. I believe there is only one.
Mr. Speaker: You are quite right. There is only one. There is a typographical error there - International Criminal Court (ICC). And that takes us on debate which continues now on the motion. Hon. Kan-Dapaah - ten minutes as we agreed.
The rule has not been revised. You have caught the Speaker's eye.
