Last time again and again the Radical party proves to be more federative and international rather than a transnational organization. It seems that it acts as a set of national units. And though it has been proclaimed that there are no purely national problems and there are no purely national sub-structures within the Radical party these units' interests do not overcross actualy. Possessing of the telecommunication sistem does not much save the situation.
Many people in the Soviet Union joined the Radical party only because of its transnational essense. It is a fresh jet in the internal political life. Contrary we have heared that many Italian members turned from the Radical party because it was detracted from the inner Italian politics. Is it so really? What can we Soviet Radicals do to improve the situation? Is our activity in the Soviet Union useful and necessary for the Radical party?
Shall we be able to act not across but above frontiers realy? Is it possible at all? Perhaps this idea was internaly fals? What way the Radical party should choose???
