Moscow City Counsil's Comission for Military Questions and Extraordinary Situations created Headquaters which will coordinate actions in Moscow in defence of legitimate government. Headquaters joined to declaration of Boris Eltsin and called population for all-Union strike and campaign of civil disobedience to new authorities. At the present moment the centre of the Moscow city is overcrowded with soldiers and military vehicles. Troops has being arriving constantly.
