Following a resolution presented at the Radical Party Federal Council of Rome - 19/22 September by the delegation of the Albanian parties from Kosova and of the trade-unions of Kosova:

The delegation of the Albanian parties from Kosova is requiring the following:

1 - The implimentation of the resolutions of European Parliament, of European Community and of the Senate and the Congress of USA about Kosova,

2 - To organize free elections in Kosova,

3 - The right for the Albanian nation in Yugoslavia (the third one) for self-determination as well as for other nations,

4 - The participation of the representatives of Kosova and of Albanians in Yugoslavia at the Conference about Yugoslavia in Hague and elsewhere,

5 - The recognition of the Republic of Kosova from Europe and USA, which was declared on September 7, 1990 in Kaganik by the majority of votes of its deputies and as the free will and determination of the vast majority of population of Kosova,

6 - Although Albanians in Kosova relied so far on peaceful and democratic ways and means in occupied Kosova, Serbian regime ignored them completely, went on with atrocities, armed Serbian and Monte Negrin inhabitants in Kosova and concentrated larges Serbian and army forces in it, therefore we require the immediate and urgent coming and presence of the observers of OUN and its troops in Kosova, before breaking out of another massacre.

7 - We demand the stopping of the war in Croatia, withdrawing of army in garnisons and the peaceful solution of the bloody conflict in Croatia.
