A draft Russian criminal code published in January includes a proposal to decriminalize consenting homosexual activity between adults. The draft is to be discussed by Parliament in the spring. The ILGA calls upon its members to contact the Chai of Parliamentary Legislative Committee and express theri support for deletion of the existing paragraph 121 and for immediate decriminalisation of consenting homosexual activity.Have the Radical Members of Russian Parliament more information about this draft?
