The 36th Congress, having heard the reports by the First Secretary of the Party, Sergio Stanzani and by the Treasurer Paolo Vigevano, the interventions by the President Emma Bonino and by the President of the Federal Council Marco Pannella, after long and serious debate, in the light of the very new situation the Radical Party finds itself in, having expressed the conquest of transnationalism and transpartyism, welcoming the commitment to the Radical Party of militants from over 50 countries, members of parliaments and of governments, belonging to over eighty parties or national groups, claims thus that the political conditions are mature to continue the refounding of the Radical, transnational, transparty and to this end decides to adjourn the work to a second session to be held no later than the month of January 1993, and therefore formally invites the organs of the Party to ensure, as has been done up to now, with full trust and support and with colluective commitment and responsibility by the First Secre
tary, the Treasurer, the President and the President of the Federal Council, the valuable work provided so far, in order to adequately develop and structure the New Party.
Asks the Federal Council, convened today, to evaluate the adoption, in the meantime, of appropriate political and organizational decisions in support of the initiatives currently being carried out.
