Seems (see Second Moscow conference materials, text # 4781, Agora' Notizie Radicale) that the Radical Party has decided at last to turn to face the war at Dniestr banks.

Which is this war's main danger? The matter's that the Dniestr conflict is just a part of transnational trans-European chain reaction to the process taking start at the Balkans, which were called a Europe powder-barrel long ago.

Two interconnected Empires, two communist Federations are being broken up, the small-SFRY and the big one - USSR. There's no communist continent already, but there's a post-communist archipelago of volcanic origin. "Unplanned" isles with unknown names appear: Kraina, Serbian Republic Bosnia and Hercegovina, Moldavian Republic of Transnistria. At the moment the "post-Yugoslavian" isles declare themselves to be an extra part of "new" Yugoslavia, and the MRT - a part of non-existing Soviet Union. Scaring is that as the reanimation instrument are acting splinters of the agonizing Empires' armies. But - what can be created by armies?! They can just raise up the Ghost-state flag with a grim military drummers' tattoo and die defending it!

FOR THAT'S THE ONLY THING THEY ARE SKILLED IN!

What can an army build?! - a CITADEL; and dig A TRENCH or

A GRAVE...

And what then?

To a new ugly infant can give birth a new father - Black Sea Fleet???, giving rise to a "Crimea State", then the Baltic Fleet and parts of the former Soviet Army in Baltic countries will become the "initiators and guarantors" of building "Baltic Russia". The plans exist already, the performers exist, even the names to these plans are invented already. And all this is being performed under our very eyes. Can just pull the thread, and the ball comes unwinding...

And the ball is of the size of the globe.

And the thread is a match in this case.

But how can we stop a little flame creeping steadily to a large explosion?

We definitely should oppose immediately the radical counteraction to the process of building citadel states. It is necessary to create a transnational working group of members of Parliaments and politicians - members of RP from countries participating in the conflict (Moldova, Ukraine, Russia, Romania) and the third countries (as Italy for example, member of EEC). This transnational and, as a matter of fact, trans-parliamentarian group will create the United Political Space in the conflict zone. Only in such Space can peaceful constructive building of new United Europe which is coming in turn of old Europe of citadel countries.

Everything is staked, - so let us not linger!!!
