Dear friends of the future united world,
please , let me know what you do think about this project ,
in which I would like to have you at ly side , before I
propose it during the forthcoming 2nd session of the 36th .
Congress of the Transnational Radical Party , in Rome 's
Hotel Ergife ( February 4th - 8th 1993 ) .

NEW PROJECT NOW PROPOSED
While , with the conclusion of a nearly bimillenary
cycle of the Age of Fishes , we feel the change in a next ,
Aquarian , cycle , announced as one aiming at wisdom ,
the TRANSNATIONAL RADICAL PARTY ,
with hundreds of persons , now among the members of it's
Federal Council , who were democratically elected , in
scores of countries of the planet , to positions of
political or administrative responsibility ,
with the aspiration to get the world united in a
federation , declared by tens of thousands of it's own
members ,
with the language ESPERANTO , of which , as a party , it
is , already , experiencing the utility and dignity for all
in transnational communications ,
with it's own two networks - AGORA', an already worlwide
telematic service , and RADIO RADICALE , ready to soon have
its own voice received everywhere from the continent of the
Americas , to Europe and Africa , to Middle East , Tibet and
Japan , and from the boreal north to the austral south ,
has already the necessary , and sufficient , energies to
start a publishing program of a new kind , to help every
person , living in any group and civilization , to get some
contact with other peoples' written and/or spoken traditions
by sharing the values bequested to each one's memory in the
own personal mother-language , while the federal unity of
the whole Earth approaches .

ANNOUNCEMENT & BEGINNING OF THE TELEMATIC AND RADIO SERVICE
Immediately after the definition of the necessary
agreements , AGORA' and RADIO RADICALE are requested to make
announcement of the imminent beginning of the service , and
an invitation to indicate the texts that should have the
priority in order to allow - particularly to schools , like
those itinerant for nomads - to soon telematically print and
record those more urgently needed by teachers , scholars,
students and pupils served by them .
ARCHIVES OF THE TELEMATIC AND RADIO SERVICE : FOR CONTINUITY
The radio & telematic archives are going to ensure
continued service to be given to people needing it ,
including those who will be living in the united world
federation , which we do hope to achieve .
