NEW PROJECT NOW PROPOSED

While , with the conclusion of a nearly bimillenary

cycle of the Age of Fishes , we feel the change in a next ,

Aquarian , cycle , announced as one aiming at wisdom ,

the TRANSNATIONAL RADICAL PARTY

with hundreds of persons , now among the members of it's

Federal Council , who were democratically elected , in

scores of countries of the planet , to positions of

political or administrative responsibility ,

with the aspiration to get a world united in a

federation , declared by tens of thousands of its own

members ,

with the language ESPERANTO , of which , as a party , it

is , already , experiencing the utility and dignity for all

in transnational communications ,

with its own two networks - AGORA' , an already worldwide

telematic service , and RADIO RADICALE , ready to soon have

its own voice received everywhere from the continent of the

two Americas , to Europe and Africa , to Middle East , to

Tibet and Japan , from boreal north to austral south ,

this New Party

has already the necessary and sufficient energies to

start a publishing program of a new type , to help every

person , living in any group and civilization , to get some

contact with other people's written and/or spoken traditions

and to put at disposal those received as a child , thus

sharing the memory of the values bequested to each one in

the personal mother language , while the political unity of

the whole Earth approaches .

who , with the help , for instance , of

libraries , archives , university institutes , embassies and

legations , publishing houses , U.N.E.S.C.O. and some U.N.

agencies , broadcasting systems , TV networks , electronic

data banks, anthropological museums ,

are to file the literary texts , translated in the

international language from the original languages

and dialects of the world , available in the written

and/or spoken (recorded) form , to be offered to those

who need to know about them , by our radio and telematic

services .

ANNOUNCEMENT & BEGINNING OF THE TELEMATIC AND RADIO SERVICE

After the definition of necessary agreements , AGORA' and

RADIO RADICALE are requested to announce the imminent debut

of the service , and , at the same time , an invitation to

indicate the texts which should have the priority , in

order to allow - particularly to certain schools , like the

itinerant ones for nomads - to soon , telematically , print,

or record , what is urgently needed by teachers , scholars ,

students and pupils .

EXISTING TEXTS BY WHICH TO START

A large number of excellent translations in the

international language already exists of literary texts

by which we could begin with samples to be proposed.

Please submit lists of proposals.

ARCHIVES OF THE TELEMATIC AND RADIO SERVICE : FOR CONTINUITY

The radio and telematic archives are going to ensure

continued service to be given to people needing it ,

as a source of literary texts precious to form the basic

culture if the united world of our Planet which we do want

to achieve .
