I am opposed to the estabilishment of a tribunal, concerning trasgressors
of human rigths in the ex-Yugoslavia war, for the same reason I am opposed

to every prohibitionist laws on drugs. Laws in fact, wether concerning

ex-Yugoslavia war or war against drugs, include the same negative

contradiction. They select, on a ethics or ethnic conviction basis, people

in right side and people in wrong side. It doesn't matter, for laws, once

they fixed the typology of label, the real content of problems, in

ex-Yugoslavia, civil people slaughtered and in the drugs war, AIDS and

toxicomania as disease.

The primary need of those people who label other ones, is not to work out

problems, but put himself in a superior level, both for the leading

part and for drug victims. As if, for people those doesn't suffer neither problem,

the most important thing were to explane his opinion in matter.

This hypocrisy contributes only to make thing worse. Both war victims and

drug ones, will realize that people who estabilishes laws and tribunal war at

least, really do them in order to don't take active side in matter, but only

in order to enjoy the profit of either one war or the other.

This is in fact the european common side. In an ecosystemical point of view

Europe risks itself to be accused of sloth by a future tribunal of war.

If somebody has a doubt on it, the effect on Italian economical developement

plan, of therapeutic community, doctors, sorcery, saint madonna, which

enjoied and enjoy benefits, that I would call "of label", is enough.

While people passed through drugs laws, without any crime in matter, is

forced to entrust his life to assistence or to give not qualified one's

services, really because of that label. It should ask them to pay war

damages. In the ex-Yugoslavia, if nobody take care, can happen the same

thing, to the all next generation not born. A Serbian child, could have

the bitter surprise, coming in Italy, to be treated as a German child

just at the end of 2nd world war. And penalized for something not

regarding her but for ethnical reasons.

This game is called perpetuation of race hate. So, the real problem is:

how to stop both wars, without generational victims coming from a tag?

Gaetano Dentamaro should say "it should know the answer to answer to this

question".Problem certainly consists in having the answer, both from ex-

Yugoslavia and from drug consumer, that shouldn't be forced, obligatory,

coming from the need of survival, but obtained through the conviction

that people in disagreement , not for this reason is inclined to kill

you and your parents. The wrong conviction of those people who ask for

tribunals of this type, start from the presupposition to be both

absolutely in right and without experience neither in drugs nor in war.

It comes from an hypocrit parental need that conduct him to be afraid

of people using drugs or people going to war. Persuaded as they are that

a law is enough to work out the problem , they stage tribunal of any kind,

then they stay home, putting their backs on their easy-chairs.

Now, who's more interested in tribunal than war, plays the same game of

mafia , pretending the problem doesn't regard all system. To cut a long

story short, it generates a far war. I am sure that everyone had had an

ethnical or drug war , nowadays feels him worse than ever.

The campaign on something is always double sided , suddenly doesn't

interest anybody, that is the most difficult moment in every war. In fact

they don't speak about us. At the most, a not-informed person tells us:

take a job. that is the same to say a starving Jewish woman with star sticked on her

chemise : listen, why you dont go in Germany to take a job in an ice-cream

parlour? Bon. Meat or flesh.
