(1) Installation of the Assembly is under the presidency of the
Party Secretary until the Office of the Presidency is elected.
(2) Amendments to the draft Rules and order of business must
be presented for registration in writing to the Secretariat of
the Presidency within 5 minutes from the end of the
illustration of the proposals, and may not be further amended.
Amendments submitted to voting are illustrated by the
presenters with speeches lasting no more than three minutes;
one speaker in favour and one against may be heard, for a
maximum of three minutes.
Each member of the Assembly of Parliamentarians may present
only one amendment (which may be comprehensive) on the order
of business and one on the Rules.
(3) Deadline for the presentation of resolutions in conclusion of
the general debate:
- motions and recommendations Friday July 16, 18:00
- amendments Saturday July 17, 9:00
(4) Deadline for the presentation of lists for the election of the
40 members at the General Council: Saturday July 17, 12:00
(5) Election of the President of the Party is by secret ballot and
by majority of votes cast.
(6) Installation of the General Council is under the presidency of
the Party Secretary until the President of the General Council
is elected.
(7) Amendments to the draft Rules and order of business must be
presented for registration in writing to the Secretariat of
the Presidency within 5 minutes from the conclusion of the
illustration of the proposals, and may not be further amended.
