One of the most efficacious methods of blockade of Albanian political activists in ex Yugoslavia is handicap of free circulation. Taking, or not giving the passports is in function of this aim. To escape this blockade, many Albanian political activists like Ibrahim Rugova, Adem Demaqi, etc., have been obliged to get the passports in other republics of ex Yugoslavia, that were released from influence of Serbian police, like Croatia and Slovenia. But, with application of system for passports at Macedonian-Yugoslav borders, these passports became unusable, because the persons that took these passports become in dangerous situation, from taking the passports and penal prosecution. The actual situation is that all these, who are guidance of the Kosovarian peaceful politic (Adem Demaqi, Ibrahim Rugova, Veton Suroj, etc.), are blockaded in Kosova.
To get the new passports of this Yugoslavia, they are obliged to give declarations, witnessing that they made a falsification, which can be used as Corpus Delicti for penal prosecution.
Radical Party has got a document proving that blackmailing threat. Following is the translation of the declaration by Adem Demaqi, laureate of Sakharov prize and of European University for peace, who was obliged to give it like a condition to compete for getting a new passport.

After holding the punishment in prison in Stara Gradishka, to my friend Perica Gjuro, who controlled the croatian police in the years '90, he lives in Zagreb, I said that in Serbia I can't get the passport, and if somebody can help me to get it in Croatia. With that passport I travelled in all countries and in America. I want to make know that I intervened for my friends that couldn't get the passport in Kosova.
