by Natalja Vasiljuk

Kievska Pravda, September 21, 1993

Rome,Brussels,Zagreb,Barcelona,Lisbon,Prague,Sofia,Tirana,Budapest and Kiev-this is a list of cities where international action, initiated by the Radical Party, took place in the last weekend.Saturday and Sunday were declared as international days of the actions for permanent constitution of the International Court initiated by the UNO, which will judge the war crimes commited in the Ex-Yugoslavia.

All those people who visited Kiev centre in the latest weekend could see activists of the Radical Party who, standing at the tables, appealed to passer-bies to inscribe their signatures in the Appeal to the UNO for the permanent constitution of the International Court. In Sunday the action was visited by Steven Browne,Head of the UNO Mission in Kiev and his deputy Bogdan Lisovich. They supported to the Radical Party's initiative and permitted to use the UNO flag during the action.

It is possible that for many people the Radical Party's aim remained strange. But for those two days radicals could collect 743 signatures under the Appeal and the signatures of the Kiev mayor Leonid Kosakovskij,a parliamentarian of Croatia's parliament Miroslav Kish, signatures of three military men of the UNO peace forces among of them.Radicals collected also 40 signatures of members of the ukrainian Supreme.
