Putting the taxation for passage, from the Belgrade regime is another flagrant violation for the people rights for free circulation. For us, albanians, is another heavy hit, because after putting visa for going in Albania, after taking the passports from many citizens and not giving the passports to many of them, this is the way to make impossible the communication with the world for all citizens that have this fate to be under this administration.

With the taxation (30 DM for car and 10 DM for a person), Belgrade regime in shameless way is trying to extend her life in time when the wages and pensions for a multitude of citizens are under the level of 1 DM.

Now is the last time to see that with what kind of regime the world has to work, and to take the efficacious measure against this regime.
