Ieri nel corso di un convegno sulle regioni d'Europa sono state raccolte 167 firme sull'appello indirizzato alla quinta Commissione ONU per l'integrazione nel bilancio ordinario ONU dello stanziamento del tribunale ad hoc sui crimini di guerra commessi nella ex-Yugoslavia.
