The Dnepropetrovsk group of radicals urges to protect our confederate, the President of National Council on Civic Rights Francisco Cabiano Honzales, who was arrested illegally on May 7, 1994, by Cuban political police.

Our group supports the decision of Amnesty International, that has declared Francisco "a prisoner of conscience".

It is necessary to organize a campaign under the slogan "Freedom For Francisco!" It is expedient to inform the world community about the blatant violation of human rights in Cuba.

We suggest to organize demonstrations of protest at Cuban embassies in countries, where radicals are; to collect signatures under the appeal to the government of Cuba and to submit the appeal with signatures to ambassadors.

We declare our "No!" firmly to persecutions for convictions despite whom do they come from, either from state criminal dictators, or from private persons.
