Dear Mrs. Emma Bonino:

We support the initiatives and activity of the "There Is No Peace Without Justice" Committee to affirm and implement norms of international legal order, directed to the extirpating the crimes against humanity committed during the military conflicts and to the stopping the military conflicts themselves.

In the Committee of the State Duma of Russian Federation on questions of geopolitics, we endeavor during the elaboration the draft laws to take into account entirely the norms of international legal order, first of all such as respecting human rights and first among them - right of life.

We consider as expedient the narrow collaboration of the parliamentarians of different countries for solving this questions, and we - from our side - are ready to it.
