The Radical Party's activity has the global importance for the entire humanity. Peace and friendship are may times more important than all the modern technics together.

Yesterday I have sent you 8 thousands of rubles enclosed in the envelop, for the enlistment to the Radical Party for 1994. I have already membership card for 1992. I am rather hard up now, that's why I can't participate this year in any kind of congresses. I can only offer from time to time very small sums (100-500 rubles) for the noble aims of the party. So, I send 100 rubles.
