Mr. Aldo Amati, press attache of the Italian Embassy in Moscow, has called on Tuesday, August 23 the Moscow office of the Transnational Radical Party, in order to inform, that issue on the UN moratorium on death penalties in case of coup d'etat and/or civil wars, which was the matter of the letter by Nikolaj Khramov, General Councillor of the Radical Party to the Italian ambassador in Russia H.E. Federico Di Roberto, is included into agenda of the next UN General Assembly to be opened on September 25 in New York.
