With an unprecedent decision, Italian associations of criminal lawyers (camere penali italiane) met yesterday to discuss critial situation of justice administration.

A final document was issued, inviting Italian judges to turn their back to politics and get back to their original function and role.

In the last months, some few politicians and journalists had frequently accused some judges to have "invaded the field of politics" and to abuse of their function for political goals.
