New Zealand looks forward to working with other delegations to improve performance in this area, and I would just add that my government was most interested in the comments President Clinton made yesterday about the proposals for the elimination of the world's 85 million anti-personnel landmines. This is an urgent task; and we offer our full cooperation to this end.
