International Tribunal on war crimes in former Yugoslavia has started its work yesterday in Hague. The case of Dushan Tadich, Serbian from Bosnia, was submitted to three judges. He is accused of mass murders, tortures, ethnic cleaning and group rape. The majority of crimes, according to declaration of Prosecutor Richard Goldstone, were committed by Tadich against Bosnian Moslems in concentration camps around Priyedora in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1992. Now Tadich is in Germany, so the question of extradition of the suspected under the jurisdiction of International Tribunal. Tadich's attorney Stefan Ufer declared, that his client has expressed his wish to be brought to the trial, but denies all submitted accusations. Representative of German Ministry of Justice informed, that government of his country finds no obstacles for extradition of Tadich to international justice. Hague Tribunal instituted processings against Dragan Nikolich, Serbian from Bosnia, the chief of concentration camp, and accused him of tort
ures and murders. During the sitting, a group of German defenders of law carried out a manifestation under the motto: "Main war criminals -- Karadzhich, Miloshevich, and Mladich!"
