Vice President and Minister of Defense of Rwanda Paul Cagame declared in his interview to "New-York Times" published yesterday, that Rwanda will vote against establishment of International Tribunal on war crimes in Rwanda in UN Security Council. Former leader of patriotic front of Rwanda, that has won a victory in the war that lasted more than three months and have taken about million of lives, estimated critically the idea of creation of such a tribunal. According to him, it will not be able to sentence anybody to death and to judge for crimes committed before January 1 of this year. The latter, according to ex-leader of Tutsi rebels, will make it possible for guilty in genocide in Rwanda and for French allies-representatives of Khutu regime overthrown last July to be unpunished. "Not Rwandans only are guilty in genocide. I think, that one day we must accuse Frenchmen,"-- declared Paul Cagame.
