I'm grateful to Michele for his further contribution in the difficult searching work to carry out "what to do" about Bosnia.
I think is worthless deeping in military problems, as himself underlines in his intervention.
Instead I think that we must make an effort in order to understand which way we radicals, the Radical party, might give today a contribution which must not be a further, mere shriek of rage. We must do it also keeping in mind that we're facing - through the launch of membership's campaign -, a difficult moment in the life of the Radical party: by the result of this campaign depends our initiative, either for Bosnia or any other political goal.
Thus, in this sense I'd like to submit to your attention and remarks the following proposals of action:
1. collecting money for the ad hoc Tribunal on former Yugoslavia;
2. collecting signatures under an appeal to general prosecutor Goldstone asking for the opening of a judiciary procedure or a trial against Miloshevich, Karadzhich and Mladich;
3. collecting money for a "security fund" for Bosnia, to be delivered to the legitimate authorities of Bosnian Federation.
We're working also on a project of parliamentary resolution that we'll put in this conference as soon as we'll get the "Ok" by the Secretary.
