Vote on Allocation of Capital Punishment Item

The General Assembly approved the recommendation of the General Committee to allocate the sub-item on capital punishment to the Third Committee (document A/49/250/Add.3) by a recorded vote of 69 in favour to 25 against, with 37 abstentions as follows:
