ANTI-ALBANIAN PROJECT (FROM THE PRESS CONFERENCE OF A.XHAFERI)
After the police intervention in offices of forbidden PPD, and after the demolition of the building dedicated to serve as premises for the Albanian University, in the seat of this party was hold a press conference.
The President Arben Xhaferi said that the police said that the police raided the seat of PPD without any motive, they were searched for the documents of the University of Tetova.
The same action happened in Kumanova, where were searched the people who have the documents of University, somewhere they confiscated the documents.
What's very tragic, in Skopje the police killed a young boy, Milaim Mehmeti, with pretext that he didn't submit the police orders.
Also we have information that the police arrested the owners of the printing-house "AZA" in Tetova, because there are printed the documents of the University.
Commenting all these events, Xhaferi said that the aim of the authorities is to implicate these problems, because of big interior problems that are not untied.

We have a big pressure from the our members, to send back our mandates. It would have disastrous consequences for stability, if we don't operate as a party, ends Mr Xhaferi.
- ALBANIAN STUDENTS FROM MACEDONIA ARE PROSECUTED FROM KOSOVA
A few Albanian students from Macedonia that are in University of Prishtina [Kosovo, ndr] are continously prosecuted by the Serbian police. They ill-treated them, condemn, plunder and then they send them back to Macedonia. Maybe ther's an agreement between Serbian police and Macedonia authorities or, in this way, sending these students back to Macedonia they will incite disorders.

According to the last news of Radio Tirana, today, 17 December 1994, two members of Council for the Founding of Albanian University of Tetova, Dr Murtezan Ismaili and Dr Agni Dika, were arrested. Together with them was arrested an activist of People's Democratic Party, Sefa Osmani; the police raided his house and ill-treated the members of his family.
Macedonian police do not allow to get in from the albanian-macedonian borders for journalists, photo-reporters and passengers. This halt they applied also at the macedonian-kossovarian border.
Today [saturday 17, ndr] at 12.00 was scheduled the solemn opening of Albanian University in Tetova.
