Dear Michele, excuse me, but I find your last interventions, how to say, "un po delirioso"... But, taking in consideration the date and time of its writing, I hope nobody can be angry against you for it :-)
But, seriously speaking (if it is necessary in such a situation), I think you know very well the difference between Sofia office and so called "Vilnius office". If in the "Boselli countries" you have even secretary shiting 3 (three, not eight, don't aggravate) times per day, in Vilnius we don't have even a simple fax machine, no computer, nothing. Apart of it, while from Sofia there is problem to mail neither to Skople, nor to Bucharest, it is quite impossible to make something politically serious neither from Moscow, nor from Kiev - the only working offices we have in ex-USSR.
About the term "paesi Boselli" and "paesi Stango" I have nothing to add after Stango's remarks, sorry.
Anyway, I don't consider serious neither the discussion itself, nor the manner used in it. And I never could decided to take part in it, if you not refer to me in your intervention.
Your friend,
Nikolaj.
