The Treaty was signed by 76 legislative and public organizations and parties of democratic orientation. Participants of the Treaty intend to undertake joint actions in view of anti-war campaign. The Treaty is open for signing. The participants have also adopted "The Appeal To Citizens Of Russia", that appeals to support the initiative of participants of the Treaty. Many of them delivered short speeches, explaining their positions and intentions. Svetlana Gannushkina has read a copy of a telegram by Tatjana Regent, leader of Russian Federal Immigration Service (FIS), to leaders of immigration services of Russian Federation. The leader of FIS orders local immigrational services not to register Chechens arriving from Chechnia as forced resettlers.
